Not much to say replaced a torn gasket. It fit the coupler perfectly and created a tight seal.

Is this comparable to Northern Brewers Black Neoprene Beer Shank Washer?

This washer is made to fit on a sanke coupler where it connects to the keg. A shank washer is meant to attach to the threaded beer shank upon which you mount the faucet. The two are not comparable in size or shape.
