What is the best way to wash/sanitize between uses?
Andrew Butler on Jun 3, 2021
BEST ANSWER: I usually put a bit of dish soap in my hands and then massage it into the bag after wetting and then rinse thoroughly until I’m certain all the soap is gone. This usually does a good job of getting rid of any discoloration from hops. Store somewhere clean, and then before I use it, I toss it into diluted StarSan for a few minutes.

Works great!
Simple product with a huge purpose. Works great for smaller grain additions or hops.

Fine, though...
This particular bag is huge. Get something smaller for small steeping tasks.

Not for pellet hops!
This bag is too small to hold grain, but the mesh is too large for pellet hops. The only use I can think of for this bag is for very small additions of whole cone hops or TINY portions of grain.

They hold a good amount of product and allow for hops to expand wonderfully.
