Check your fermentation temperature without having to open your fermenter. This stick-on thermometer comes with a waterproof adhesive that will stick to glass, plastic and metal. Reads temperatures from 39 - 97°F (4 - 36°C).
I think I bought about 10 of these temperature strips with adhesive on the back. They are super handy as I am doing many different things like fermenting right now. I will probably need to order more eventually but it helps me to see the temperature of my ferment whatever it is for optimal environment
Starting back in homebrewing after 38 years. This is a bit of new kit (from back then) that does make knowing when to pitch your yeast simple as a look, without taking a sample or sanitizing. Also was amazed at how long heat stayed with the primary when moving it from inside to outside to regulate fermenting temps. Also shows how much your active fermentation MAKES heat. Have this for all my primaries.
This one is cheaper and seems to be about as accurate, but the adhesive is not nearly as strong as on the Fermometer. This one came off while washing my Better Bottle.
