Tank fro More Beer was very nice but local CO2 monopoly would only do swaps not fills. Wound up with an equivalent new aluminum tank with lots of ugly green paint etc. So check the local situation. Might just want to "rent" their tanks.

Tank arrived and looks great and will come in handy. I like to have my tanks filled to keep my shiny new tank. I was a little dissipated when I received it and the tank was almost two years old already and never been filled. I will only get three years use before I have to trade it in. I guess that’s why they were such a good deal. I would buy again but it would be nice to know up front that it only has three year before expiration.

This a top quality cylinder and valve that has many uses in a home brewery. I reserve my 5 lb. cylinders for the kegerator where space is tight. I find the 20 lb. tank very useful for pressure-filling and carbonating kegs for pressure transfers when neither gravity nor a pump is convenient and for pressurizing a keg with brewery wash or sanitizer for cleaning beer lines and taps. You'll no longer need to worry about using up CO2 in your smaller 5 lb. cylinder in the kegerator for these other tasks around the brewery. Among the advantages of the larger cylinder is the fact that 20 lb.carbon dioxide fills cost only a few dollars more than a 5 lb. fill. It also means less frequent trips to the gas supply store for a fill.
