Once the box(s) has left our facility unfortunately, we can not change the shipping type/speed. However, If need be we can change the ship to address including holding it at a local terminal for pickup. Please call us at 800-600-0033 if you need to arrange this.
Unfortunatly, we don't always get that information from the vendors. When we do we will update the invoice with that information but we don't always get it. If you order has shipped but there isn't a tracking number and it's been over a week since it shipped please contact customer service at 800-600-0033 or firstname.lastname@example.org with the invoice details.

There are a few reasons why your order may not have left our doors within a day it was ordered. This can be due to 2 reasons, Shipping Type and Item specifics.
MoreSaver shipping orders generally don't leave our doors for 2-4 days after the order is placed. All other domestic shipping types usually leave our doors within 1 business day of ordering, and certain international types might take an extra day to process.
Specific items such as dropshiped, days to build, freighted items, and a few others have specific lead times listed on the item detail page for them.
Due to certain product types, we will occasionaly split an order into multiple invoices to make them process efficiently and quickly. We will usually do this with drop ship items, pre-sale event items, as well as all built to order sculptures and conicals. These status will be listed on the product detail pages.
