Flores is a small island in the Indonesian archipelago - and produces some remarkable coffee. Indeed, Indonesia is well known for its diverse and incredible coffees. Java and Sumatra are islands which also produce some very well known beans, too. Flores is starting to become a better known producer of specialty coffee and the offers below are excellent examples of a good Flores cup.
