This kit comes with the i-Roast 2, which offers a higher degree of control over the i-Roast 1. The main difference between this kit and the Coffee Starter Kit C is that the i-Roast 2 is "new and improved". Although the differences are small, you get an improved chaff collection assembly as well as more points of control throughout the roast: five instead of three. This allows you to change the temperature and "step-up" or "step-down" the roast more frequently. Virtually all other aspects are the same.
