This Coffee Starter Kit features the Freshroast 8 Plus coffee roaster, which roasts up to 3 oz. of coffee per run - and does so much more quickly than the majority of roasters out there on the market. Short and hot roasts (The Freshroast and i-Roast roasters fall into this category) tend to emphasize acidity and aromatics in a final coffee - whereas prolonged roasts emphasize body and complexity.
