A deep and rich cup
As the coffee industry in Nicaragua starts to take off, we see more and more quality coffees coming from the various coffee producing regions of the country - specifically Segovia. In general, you can expect a deep, full flavor from the Nicaraguan cup - with nice fruit complexity and sweetness that is difficult to find in other coffees. Nicaraguans also go well in espresso, even by themselves.
