Tasting Notes from The Coffee Guy: In aroma, I get a nice nuttiness with hints of blueberries - which is rare in a Guatemalan cup, especially coupled with nuttiness. In flavor, the nuttiness reveals itself as very cashew-like which I like a lot! The blueberries also comes out and there is some other ripe fruit in the background...very intriguing. The medium acidity has a very nice character to it; very crisp and pleasant, making you want to come back for more. The body is very full and provides a nice encapsulation for the flavors.
