Tasting Notes from Casey "The Coffee Guy": Wow, another great coffee from the Lintong region of Sumatra. In aroma I get a nice sweetness with chocolate and spice. There is also some redwood in there too. In flavor, you get blown over with fruit, spice, cherries, strawberries and a background of nuttiness. Very complex and intriguing.
