Tasting Notes from The Coffee Guy: In aroma, I get a light nuttiness with hints of roastiness...and a light bit of orange/citrus. In flavor, there is the nuttiness that was in the aroma (adds a nice dimension to the flavor) a bit of fruit and a light sweet plum note. The acidity is light+ and sparkling (very nice!) and the body is a medium+/full. This is an awesome coffee - I can't believe it's decaf! Find similar coffees! Design your own blend with this coffee!
