Tasting Notes from The Coffee Guy: The aroma is sweet with light ripe fruit notes. In flavor there are hints of rose, with a juicy, zippy and tangy fruit-brightness. Recommended Roast Level(s): * Run your mouse over the roast chart for more detail * Roasting Notes: At Full City, in flavor I get sweet rose notes with hints of herb, a light citric brightness and and full body. Very smooth with nice sweetness. At French Roast, the light acid just barely comes through being perceived as more of a sweetness than anything else. The chocolate is heavy with a medium body. You lose the rose notes, but the overall cup is very refreshing. As espresso, the French Roast has light perfumed fruit with hints of berries in the cup. Nice sweetness with the chocolate dominating the flavor profile but with slight citrusy light acid poking through in the background. Full Body. There is a nice roastiness to the cup. | |||||||||
