The Mountain Top Coffee Company produces the bulk of the coffee in the New South Wales region of Australia. They really have quite the project going - one of the most technologically advanced coffee mills in the world. Located atop Mt. Warning on the coast of Australia, the NSW coffee region is the southern-most coffee growing region in the world.
The coffee plants start flowering from late November through mid-December and beans develop through the wet Summer from January to May. Because of the cool conditions, the beans take quite a while to ripen - from may through August.
