The unroasted coffee we carry is among the best in the world. We can say this with certainty because we "cup" (or sample) the best the industry has to offer on a nearly daily basis. It would certainly be easy to just say to our importers, "just send us whatever you think is good" and put it up for sale... But that would be cheating. Although the coffee would most likely be free of glaring defects, it wouldn't always be "Wow!". And that's what we strive to carry: "Wow!" coffees.

The raw coffee we carry is a product of careful sampling, analysis and approval. You know that you are getting the best there is out there because each new lot gets our stamp of approval. You know that you are getting what you pay for.



Latin America


Brazil - Known for having creamy body, rich nuttiness, chocolate and nice brightness.

COF231: Brazil Cerrado 17/18 FC SS - Sweet and spicy - nice nuttiness. Very full body, med acidity. Mild caramel and chocolate notes, pleasant lingering aftertaste.

COF232: Brazil Pulped Natural - COF232 - Soft fruity vanilla in aroma. Light acidity and medium body. Fruity roundness with a slight nutty and buttery fullness. Awesome!

Colombia - Deep, resonant and bold with herbal, caramel, and fruit notes. Colombian coffees are remarkably consistent coffees with excellent balance.

COF200: Columbian San Augustine Los Cauchos - COF200 - Sweet and spicy - jammy, fig notes - very smooth. Nice caramel and a clean finish. Med+ brightness, full bodied.

Costa Rica - World renowned for its crystal clear brightness and balance. Brown sugar and honey nut in flavor with rich body. Always exceptionally clean coffees.

COF204: Costa Rican SHB La Magnolia - COF204 - Chocolate, nuttiness, strawberry with perfect balance. Very pleasant medium acidity and medium body.

COF242: Costa Rican Tarrazu, La Minita - Brown sugar notes, slight fruit character, some spice notes. Caramelly sweetness, thick body and an elegant brightness. Super clean on the finish.

Nicaragua - "Nics" have a similar brightness, fruited complexity and full body as coffees from El Salvador, Guatemala and Costa Rica as they are very close geographically. It's easy to get lost in their depth!

COF251: Nicaragua SHG EP - Pepper notes and pineapple with a light sweetness - light nutty flavor, buttery mouthfeel, clean and dry finish.

Panama - A meticulously processed Central American coffee with bright acid and nuanced complexity in flavor - always exceedingly clean.

COF209: Panama Boquete Classico - Lots of fresh fruit flavor. Very nice sweetness, light spice notes. Very lively with medium brightness and body.

Java - Famous for its unparalleled fullness in body and mild flavors. Great alone and even better in blends to add an extra fullness to the body of the coffee of your choice.

Papua New Guinea - Very diverse coffees - sometimes rich in spice - that can range from high to low acid. “PNG” coffees (as they are referred to by coffee traders) typically have full body.
