This coffee is indeed decaf - but you wouldn't know it. It has been processed via a new state of the art and organic certified processing plant run by a company called Descamex. In the past, your only chemical free decaf option was to go with Swiss Water Process and nearly every lot of the stuff was off and baggy. "Well, that's decaf for you!" was the response I always got from suppliers.
But those days are long gone. No joke, you can't even tell that this stuff is decaf. And this is the only decaf I will drink at home. What's that you say? You're not a decaf drinker? Ah, but have you ever wanted a little bit of coffee right before bed but didn't want to be kept awake? This "Water Process" is the answer. The stuff is phenomenal.
