Indonesia Flores This really is a great coffee. It is one of those deep and rich cups that resonates on the palate with a good, clean, rock-solid richness. There is virtually no acid to this cup, good medium body and a rich and roasty spiciness that adds a bit of depth to the cup. The aftertaste is clean and sweet. Tasting Notes from The Coffee Guy: In the aroma, I get lots of nuts, gingerbread and tangerine character. Very nice. In flavor, there is a nice sweetness with vanilla and chocolate emphasizing the high notes of the coffee - which are tangerine and sweet orange (typical of Flores coffees). At a French Roast, this coffee is packed with flavor. Perfect brightness, nice spice, chocolate, nutty hints with perfect roast balanced.
