It's interesting because with some of these coffees, you never know what to expect. You've got 30 little bowls of coffee in front of you and you just go down the line and let what hits you flow. Well this coffee stopped me in my tracks. It's tropical. Now, that doesn't make any sense, I know. So let me quantify. In flavor, I get hints of red apple, black currant, and even a little bit of coconut (wow!). The acidify is high which makes it very bright...this coffee will take a dark roast nicely and still have a nice fruit component. A medium+ body gives a nice cushion for the flavor with excellent fullness. The aftertaste is very clean - very nice finish that leaves you wanting more! Find similar coffees!
