In general, Latin America offers a pretty wide and incredible range of coffees - most of which we are already familiar with. After all, who hasn't had a Colombian coffee? The sad part is that just because the majority of people have tried these coffees, it doesn't mean that they've had representative lots of the best coffees from these regions.
You don't need to travel far
As you take a "taste trip" across the border, your palate will become aware of a whole new range of flavors and aromas. Delicate Mexican coffees seduce your senses with their elegance and Costa Ricans blow you away with clean and clear flavor projections (spicy/sweet acidity, balanced body, chocolate). The spicy richness of Guatemalan coffees and the dynamic and deep Colombians knock you over with complexity. We are geographically close to most of these countries, so their route to us is direct and quick, minimizing damage to the lots of coffee in transport.
