Our coffees come in heat-sealed foil packaging - nitrogen flushed to ensure freshness. It has been proven that nitrogen flushed coffee is the optimal environment for green coffee storage. We want to ensure that you get the freshest coffee possible. We've even tossed our coffee packaging off a forklift raised 20 feet in the air to make sure that our bags won't open in transit!
