Because of this, we have partnered with a firm for the last 4 years that has a great reputation and past history of maintaining information as safe as possible. is also something that we are very passionate about, we use constant contact to email our customers. We have chosen them to do our mailing as they make un-subscribing very easy and safe. We will never sell your information to anyone.

Returns do happen and we try to keep it simple. If the return is due to a mishipment on our end, please call us at 800-600-0033 or email us with the invoice number and product mis-shipped and we will get you taken care of right way.
If the return is because of a mis-order by the purchaser, we have four scenarios to return non-used (as well as non-perishable) items.

1. We have a 30 day no hassle return policy with full refund*.
2. If the return is over 30 days old before called in to us there is a 20% restocking fee subtracted from the refund*.
3. If the return is over 60 days old before called in there is a 25% restocking fee and a credit* issued towards future purchases.
4. We do not accept returns if the return is over 6 months past the delivered date.
*Exceptions are perishable products and actual shipping cost if Moresaver! Shipping. 30 days begins at package being recieved by customer if trackable, if not trackable 10 days from the day it shipped from our warehouse.

To set up a return, you will first need an RMA#. To get this, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with the following information; the original invoice, the items you wish to return, and the best way to contact you.

Warranty: Equipment is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for 90 days from date of purchase. Some items have special extended warranties from either us or the manufacturer. That information is noted in the product description, when applicable. Please contact us before sending items back to ensure prompt and accurate service.
